Dr. Patricia Low Dinneen is Director of Faculty Development within LAI's Instructional Core and focuses on course and curricular design, teaching methods, assessment, and educational research. She teaches and organizes GW's annual Course Design Institute (CDI), the Teaching Network for Early Career Faculty, the GTAP training course for new graduate assistants, and numerous workshops and presentations. Her department also sponsors GW's annual Teaching Day and other special events that support teaching excellence at GW. She holds a BA from Harvard University, a Masters in Distance Education from the University of Maryland, and a Doctorate in Education from GW.
