Cristabel Ocasio Ilarraza

Currently based in Northern Virginia, Cristabel boasts of two master’s degrees — one in English with a focus on Literature and another in Learning Design & Technology with a focus on Instructional Design and Adult Learning. She has around ten years of experience in the higher education industry, mainly in Puerto Rico, where she was born and raised. Her approach to instructional design is grounded on inclusive practices. Cristabel is also an animal lover, a language enthusiast, and relishes going to museums.
